In response, the developer created a new page with a file image and two buttons for exporting and importing notes. However, after reviewing the user experience, the developer realized that it was not fast or simple enough.

As a result, the developer decided to create a pop-up menu button that would allow users to immediately back up or import their notes with just one click. Users can also choose to share their notes with others or send them back to their email. If there are no notes available to export, a snack bar will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, letting the user know that the export/import was successful.
